Join the Team

We are looking to fill a Production Manager position. This position is expected to grow with the company, and develop into a top management position, while overseeing all aspects of the production process. They will also oversee floor staff and uphold safety and well-being standards. Additionally, this person will supervise the factory space, machines and equipment. A strict level of confidentially will be required. The candidate will need to sign confidentially and non-disclosure agreement. The candidate must have an energetic, positive, problem-solving mindset, with an ability to multi task and work to a strict build procedure and quality standard. This person should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and have a will to learn. It is required that the candidate have a technical trade background, involving working manual labor, as this is a hands-on position. This candidate will develop, create, and implement build procedures as needed, and will be required to train other staff in accordance to manufacturing procedures and methodologies. This person will have a foundational knowledge of computer operation and G-code programing is preferred, but not necessary. The use of CNC machines, is part of the manufacturing process. The job requires mold making, surface finish and composite structure building, as well as urethane and epoxy mixing and application.
